PTFE Belts most commonly combine a mesh design with a coating for maximum release, permeability for rapid drying and thermal stability for the most extreme baking and freezing conditions. These belts are durable enough to withstand the extreme temperatures of cryogenic freezing to high temperature ovens and even open flames.
PTFE Belts offer excellent release properties for sticky foods such as flour based doughs, sugar coated or based products as well as press baking processes such as tortillas, pizza bases and flatbreads. The non-stick coating also makes for easy cleaning.
