LIGHTWEIGHT THERMOPLASTIC COVERED

A wide range of synthetic belts for every application from light to heavy processing.

These belts consist of a single or multiple ply core of fabric with a thermoplastic coating. Thermoplastic coatings can be melted and re-hardened while retaining the material’s physical properties.

This property provides the advantage of high-quality heat welded splices and the ability to configure belts for specific applications by adding a variety of belt accessories. The thermoplastic, heat welded splices provide superior reliability, flexibility and sanitary properties.

These belts are particularly versatile due to a variety of cover and fabric combinations. Common covers include PVC, Polyurethane and Polyolefin.

We offer basic to complex food grade belts with hygienic and chemical resistant characteristics that comply with international food standards such as EC1935/2004, FDA, USDA and assist with your ISO 22000 requirements (previously HACCP).

Unit Package Handling : Conveyors in post offices, distribution centers and airports are becoming lighter and faster, while requirements for noise are becoming more stringent. This favors the longitudinally flexible, low friction/low noise polyester fabrics used in certain lightweight belt constructions.
